Entrées
Turkey
This juicy Turkey is served whole. The entrée serves 15 to 20 guests. It is especially herbed for either regular herbed turkey or Cajun herbed turkey. It is slow cooked and hand based. The result is fall off the bone, melt in your mouth, juicy turkey your guests will rave about.
Chicken
Served fried or baked, this platter can serve 12-15 guests. The chicken is seasoned with a long standing family recipe that, weather in batter, flour or baking, will stand on it’s own. This dish has been revered in many occasions and repeated asked for in future events.
Ham
Served baked and preserved, this entrée serves 12-20 guests. Ham is offered in two glazes, honey and orange. Years of experience offer a ham glaze that only showcases the care taken in preparation.

Aside from what has been given for our autumn entrée list do not be afraid to ask about our fish and seafood entrees, beef and pork loins. We offer a wide variety of proteins for our menus.
Candied Yams
This delectable tray serves 15-25 guests. This dish will not last long on your table, not only do they demand all the attention, they scream seconds. Be sure to get enough, because their specialized preparation sets this dish apart from any yams around.
Dressing/Stuffing
This savory dish serves 15-30 guests. Not many know the difference between the two, but One Love Catering does. Our distinctive recipe comes in vegetarian and turkey edition, both are delicious and awe inspiring.
Other Sides
The favorable sides described are not all we have to offer. One Love offers green beans, asparagus, mashed potatoes, rice and other flavorful dishes. All are prepared to create a great taste and seal your fate as a great host or hostess to your event.
Dinner Additions

Autumn Harvest Pie
This pie serves 8-10 guests. The autumn harvest pie incorporates all of the best autumn flavors. The wonderful tart of cranberries and the nutty addition of pecans along side the other flavors of the pie create a symphony in your mouth.
Lemon Glaze Pound Cake
This original family recipe serves 20 to 25 guests. This pound cake is so moist it literally melts in your mouth. Your guests will love this all time favorite.
Old Fashioned Banana Pudding
This old time favorite dish serves 15-25 guests. Keep plenty of this dish around, and always save room for seconds and thirds when this is an option at your event. Guests will come clamoring for more and you’d better be prepared.
Sweet Potato Pie
This delicious pie serves 8-10 guests. One Love Catering sweet potato pie isn’t your mother’s pie…it’s ours. The special preparation in this pie makes this a very creamy and smooth pie to indulge in. No flour make it a guiltless pleasure…this pie is a solid keeper!
3 Layer Chocolate Cake
This moist chocolate on chocolate cake serves 20-25 guests. The heart stopping chocolate in this cake will cure any sweet tooth. Eater beware, we have spared no expense when it comes to this decadent desert.

Old Fashioned Lemonade: Lemonade made the lemonade stands way. This southern favorite has fresh lemon juice and is made is 1-gallon batches.
Cranberry Sweet Tea: What is autumn without cranberries. This specially chosen green tea is enhanced with cranberry and sweetened for your pleasure. This is offered in 1-gallon batches.
